Job Summary:
The primary role of the Physician Liaison is to develop and maintain strong relationships with targeted referral sources through consistent, strategic field call strategies. -Drive and sustain incremental volume in service lines and programs in alignment with the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network growth strategies and marketing plans. -Positively represent the F&MCW brand and the expertise of its hospitals and centers, clinical service lines and medical experts to referral sources. – Develop and strengthens health system/physician/referral source relationships. – Thoroughly understand the referral chain to identify referral opportunities effectively.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, liaison, or related experience, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with physicians is required.
Experience in physician/practice relationships is preferred.
Experienced RNs is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or health-related field is required. In lieu of a related degree, a minimum of 2 additional years of relevant experience is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, referral chain, including physician relationships.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Outlook.
Excellent communication skills is required.
Experience with CRM is a plus.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:
Valid Drivers license is required.
