The Department of Surgery at the University of South Alabama Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Pediatric Surgeon on a part-time basis at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level to join the faculty as a Pediatric Surgeon in Mobile, Alabama. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in academic surgery in the areas of patient care, medical education, and research. Applicants should be board eligible or boarded by the American Board of Surgery for Pediatric Surgery. Teaching general surgery residents, medical students, and advanced practitioners is an integral part of the program.
