- Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Doctor’s Technician to provide support to medical professionals in a clinical setting. The Doctor’s Technician will assist physicians and nurses in patient care, perform administrative tasks, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Responsibilities:**
1. Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and examinations.
2. Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary medical supplies are available.
3. Take patient medical histories and vital signs accurately.
4. Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures under supervision.
5. Clean and sterilize medical instruments and equipment.
6. Input patient information into electronic health records accurately.
7. Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
8. Provide assistance to patients with mobility or personal care needs.
- Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus.
2. Proven experience working in a healthcare setting.
3. Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
7. Understanding of patient confidentiality laws and regulations.
8. Physical ability to lift and move patients when necessary.
